 Yes, Our min charge is $129.00, the fee will often cover  2 rooms. Additional areas are priced much lower as the initial cost of driving, set up etc are covered in the 1st 2 rooms of cleaning, You can also select another service to achieve this min fee. We want you to get the most out of your money and can suggest services allowing you to take full advantage of this min charge 

 There is no one answer for all homes. In most cases every 12-14 months. High use areas such as family rooms, stairs and hallways could require cleaning more often. Children and pets can also contribute to a more frequent cleaning schedule of 6-8 months. 

 We charge by the room in most cases, we take into account, small closest, halls and bedroom walk ways and in some case can combine to very small areas into on, However some very large customer rooms can be charged additional.  

 I use what is professionally called Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction, also known as steam cleaning. Steam cleaning is a little misleading as the carpet is really being rinsed with hot water, not steam. The cleaning temperature of the water is over 220, so it does appear to be steam. This method is the preferred choice by the largest carpet manufactures. I choose this method to comply with the requirements of your carpets warranty. I feel it is the superior choice in cleaning residential carpets 

 Thoroughly vacuum all areas to be cleaned. Remove all small things you can from the rooms you want cleaned, such as small rugs, magazines, kids toys, etc. Breakables from the tops of any furniture you will be requesting me to move. Parking for our van is preferred closest to the job.

 The weather plays a role in dry times. Days of higher humidity will cause longer dry times; where as warmer dry days will shorten the dry time. In most cases 4-6 hours. Ceiling fans, floor fans such as box fans can really speed the drying process. On a warm dry day open windows will help as well as turning your central heat fan "ON" from the "AUTO" setting. This will circulate air though out the house.

In some rare cases a solvent might be required for a ink stain, or similar spotters. All these products are rinsed from your carpet. 

 Yes, I can move most everything you request. I only move the furniture far enough to clean under it. I then replace it, placing it on plastic tabs, or Styrofoam blocks to protect the furniture and carpet during the dry process. Some beds, pianos, entertainment centers, bookshelves, etc may not be safely moved, but can be cleaned around with no problems. 

 I keep my van stocked with spotters for all type of stains. It is helpful to know the source of the stain, but not always required. I pride myself on not just being a great carpet cleaner, but a difficult stain removing professional

 Yes, clean shoes, socks, or bare feet. It is important to minimize use of the carpet until dry, but light use during the drying process is fine. 

 Read the warranty information for your carpet. In most cases it will require professional cleaning every 12-18 months. Be sure to choose a method the manufacture suggests or requires. Vacuum frequently is a properly working vacuum. Blot up spill promptly.
